TeamHaven 9.6 ReleasedTeamHaven continues to deliver new features and improve on existing features. The major feature of TeamHaven 9.6 is a powerful visit scoring system which will be of interest to anybody running Mystery Shopping projects or other types of project where it is useful to rank store visits.In keeping with TeamHaven's flexible approach, the new Scoreboard Designer allows users to select as few or as many questions as they like, assigning rules on how much specific responses should be worth. Scores can be grouped into multiple categories and charted in a variety of ways using the improved Quick Chart Designer from where they can be published into a client-branded portal with a few simple clicks of the mouse.
