TeamHaven Builds Strategic Partnership With Retail Performance Group (RPG) In Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia—June 2009--- Retail Performance Group (RPG) is a retail management and merchandising company that provides field marketing strategies across the Middle East. In order to help increase their client’ssales they focused on improvement areas such as promotional events and out of stock products. This became quite a challenge when managing clients of significant scales such as Proctor& Gamble (P&G is the world’s largest multinational consumer goods company). RPG needed to manage nearly 600+ products of P&G’s brand name products. This became quite a challenging and time consuming task.

This atomization makes RPG a more competitive and efficient company eliminating the waiting lag time for purchase orders made over the phone.


In addition to the OOS reports, RPG must build and maintain P&G’s promotions. TeamHaven eases the stress of P&G’s promotional requirements by recording the implementation of all their promotions and highlights any issues raised at the store level or at the implementation stage during the course of the promotion. Any issues raise more than once is immediately escalated to senior management.
