TeamHaven 8.3 releasedWe're pleased to announce the next major upgrade to TeamHaven. This version includes many improvements to TeamHaven Mobile, our Pocket PC client and also adds signature capture and a web service interface to TeamHaven.TeamHaven Mobile improvements On devices with a built-in camera, clicking on a picture question will automatically open the camera. On devices without a camera, an improved picture selection dialog makes it easier to identify the appropriate picture to upload. Pictures are automatically resized prior to being uploaded, reducing data transfer costs and increasing the number of pictures that can be uploaded. The layout of survey forms has been improved, making even better use of the available screen space. TeamHaven Mobile now consists of a single executable, making it much easier to install on Windows Mobile devices that ask whether you trust 3rd party applications when you install / run them for the first time. Signature capture A new "Signature" question type allows you to include one or more signable areas in a questionnaire. Web services TeamHaven 8.3 provides the first installment of a new web service that allows third parties to tightly integrate TeamHaven into their existing systems. Currently the service allows you to add, modify and delete users, and will be expanded in subsequent releases to cover store list management, call file management and report querying as well.
