Designing Questionnaires - Synchronize

TeamHaven allows all field workers to be kept up to date with all new and amended activity. A user connected to TeamHaven via a web browser will be instantly updated through the TeamHaven web server. Managers can instantly interact with all their field teams and update their field personnel with new and amended activity.

Field workers using mobile devices are updated using the synchronization process. During a synchronisation, all completed call information stored on the device is uploaded to the TeamHaven server whilst new amended project information is downloaded. After the synchronisation process has finished, users are instantly notified of any amended activity.

Mobile devices synchronize through web services and users can utilize any web connection service including GPRS, wireless, modem and ActiveSync.

Users can synchronize when ever they like in order to fit in with the needs of their business process.
