Managing a field team can be both expensive and an inefficient use of time. Supervisors first need to contact each of their field personnel to find the current activity of each person, before having the ability to react and modify their field activity. Typically supervisors would contact their field staff via mobile phones incurring very high costs.

Using TeamHaven field supervisors can quickly review their field activity and instantly make any changes via the TeamHaven server. In urgent situations, TeamHaven can also notify field staff of these changes by SMS text.

Field staff using mobile PDA will receive a notification of any changes to their call files and paperless form, when they synchronize or send their completed calls.

Field personnel do not require any of their information to be sent by post.  Using their unique login details, field staff are informed of their call files, questionnaires, call briefs and have access to a document library to ensure they are totally up to date.
