Questionnaires can be deployed rapidly to any web based computer or Windows Mobile handheld. Field personnel can also receive multiple questionnaires created from different projects.

New and amended questionnaires are automatically downloaded to a handheld device during a synchronizing update to the TeamHaven server. Web based users are immediately updated.

Any amendments to an existing project are automatically updated, advising the user all the changes that have taken place.

Users allocated to new projects are automatically notified in order to always keep them up to date.
