Action Triggers and Reporting

Data collected from the field sometimes needs to be acted upon quickly and efficiently without the need of trawling through large amounts of data.

In order to achieve this, TeamHaven allows you to define triggers for each individual field in your questionnaire. A trigger can be activated if the data captured is equal, less or more than the criteria set up.

A trigger is a very useful tool and is employed for a large number of uses depending on the nature of the individual business. A few examples currently used are :

  • Alerting out of stock items
  • Placing an order to be automatically sent to a supplier
  • Alerting missing or damaged POS/POP or other marketing materials
  • Informing urgent action points
  • Advising fault diagnostics
