TeamHaven is designed specifically to allow managers to make immediate changes to their projects. As soon as these changes are made, all field personnel related to that project are notified of these changes, eliminating the need to call individual personnel.

Managers can instantly modify all the related aspects of their project including, the online questionnaire, project settings, allocation of work, dates of calls etc. The changes that are made are automatically updated to the TeamHaven server.

Field staff using handheld devices will receive a notification of all these changes when they synchronize or send their completed calls.

Field personnel using a web PC are immediately updated and can monitor up the minute changes.

All field staff can also be informed using the TeamHaven SMS text messaging system in order to advise them of any urgent changes to their field activity.
